Terms and Conditions
Rental Period and Use of the Sauna
The sauna is rented as a private booking.
The rental period is 2 hours, fully preheated at the start.
The rental time includes 15 minutes for cleaning and tidying before the end time.
For safety reasons, there is a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 persons per booking.
Booking and Payment
The booking is binding once payment has been completed.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking start time will receive a full refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
In the event of technical issues, Vihals Handelssted may cancel the booking.
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Liability
The sauna must be used responsibly and left clean and tidy.
Use of the sauna is at the renter’s own risk, within normal and reasonable limits.
The renter is liable for any damage caused by negligent use.
